REFUND POLICY

Distributor Refund & Resignation Policy:

If a Distributor resigns for any reason, you may be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the HMP and unopened products, Herbalife Nutrition produced literature and sales aids that are purchased within the previous 12 months. To start the refund process, submit the Inventory Repurchase Request Form that is available on MyHerbalife.com and contact the Refunds & Repurchase Department 1-855-757-4747 to obtain an authorization number for the delivery of the items to the local Sales Center.

 

 Herbalife Nutrition Customer Refund Policy:

If for any reason a Customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife Nutrition product purchased directly from a Herbalife Nutrition Independent Distributor, the Customer may return it for a refund or product exchange within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the product. You may contact your Distributor or call the Refunds and Repurchase Department 1-855-757-4747 for questions regarding the refund process.
